James brings a unique blend of military service, clinical expertise, and business leadership to healthcare staffing. From 2005 to 2009, he served in the U.S. Navy as a Hospital Corpsman, where he was trained as a Fleet Marine Force (FMF) and specialized as a surgical technologist. This foundation instilled in him discipline, adaptability, and a deep commitment to patient care under pressure.

Following his military service, James built a 16-year career as a Certified Surgical Technologist, working across a wide range of specialties—including cardiothoracic, vascular, and spine surgery—at leading hospitals and academic medical centers. His frontline experience gave him a first-hand understanding of the staffing challenges that affect both clinicians and patient care.

Building on this clinical expertise, James transitioned into healthcare operations and entrepreneurship while pursuing his MBA at the University of San Francisco, focusing on healthcare management, strategy, and sustainability. His academic training, combined with years of operational leadership, equips him to design scalable, people-centered staffing solutions that balance the needs of clinicians with the demands of healthcare facilities.
